President SBY's campaign team chairman Hatta Radjasa told reporters at a media conference at Bravo Media Centre (BMC), Teuku Umar street No. 51, Jakarta, "Hahaha.... You could ask about that to the TV stations themselves, are there any interventions? How could, in these era, TV stations obey to intervention," Hatta said no party or individual could exercise censorship against mass media, including TV channels.

Megawati-Prabowo's campaign team secretary-general, Fadli Zon said that, all television stations refused to show the ads. Mega-Prabowo's team was suspicious, rejection was due to the intervention from authorities so that the TV station is not showing their ads.
