KPK Fugitive, Masaro Boss Anggoro Widjojo, Believed Being In Singapore

KPK Corruption Eradication CommisionCorruption Eradication Commission / Komisi Pemberantasan Komisi (KPK) is still pursue Anggoro Widjojo. Boss of PT Masaro who is also the provider partner of Integrated Radio Communication System / Sistem Komunikasi Radio Terpadu (SKRT) is suspected to be in Singapore.

"The information we have indicating that he is in Singapore," said KPK spokesman Johan Budi on KPK, Jl HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan, Jakarta, Sunday (13/7/2009). Anggoro is suspect of the alleged bribe in SKRT project at 2006-2007. His company is a provider of those communications tools. SKRT project is valued at Rp 180 billion.

"Around June 2009 he was known in China, so when the search conducted on July 2009 in PT Masaro he has already been abroad, and lately he is monitored in Singapore," Johan said.

KPK is in attempt to track the exact position of Anggoro in the neighboring countries and we are trying to find ways to bring this fugitive back to Indonesia. "We already sent a team," He said.

In this alleged bribe case of SKRT project, KPK has set a number of suspects from the House of Representatives Commission IV members, among others, Hilman Indra, Azwar Chesputra, and Fahri Indra Leluasa.
